Sara Ramirez, a Mexican-American singer and actress is very well-known. Sara Ramirez was brought up by an American mother, and was subjected to a variety of racist taunts, which made her feel unwelcome. In her 9th grade that she gained confidence after receiving a rousing ovation in an audition.
