Dwayne is currently the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. He is also director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is, besides being a pastor, is passionate about training up the younger generation. He is a member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition's Board. He has published numerous pieces on the internet and has been a contributing author to Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Change Lives With God's eternal truth.
